Keeping wardrobe observations flexible
While cataloguing my wardrobe, I would like to distinguish useful observations from actual plans to change anything. There might be a place for an initial palette result, as long as it stays a working suggestion. Several clothes I like may not match the suggested shades, and that alone would not make me discard them. To clarify what the result actually describes, I am looking at a color analysis test as I decide what should go into a practical set of wardrobe notes. It would also help to distinguish something I noticed in person from an assumption based on a photograph, so future changes have a clear reason rather than just a different label. Would a separate note for the suggested season prevent it from dominating every individual item entry? My preference is to note color, condition, and use, instead of assigning every garment a verdict. How would you structure those notes so that revising a palette assumption remains easy later?
