I cycle to work and usually arrive with my hair flattened under a helmet. I am considering a fringe, but the maintenance matters more than a perfect salon photograph. At the moment my hair is shoulder length. I have only a few minutes to tidy it. I have been looking at curtain bang lengths because I want to discuss actual lengths with my hairdresser rather than point vaguely at an attractive picture. Being able to tuck the front pieces back would help. Most days I part my hair down the middle. I know a virtual image will not reproduce helmet pressure or show how my own hair dries, so I would treat it as a conversation aid. Has a similar cut worked with your cycling routine? I am interested in the awkward days as well. A quick brush is realistic for me. Daily heat styling would complicate the routine. |
